Getting started

• Your dashboard shows a “Get bookable” checklist — five steps, in the order that actually matters. It opens with “Your booking page is live” already ticked (it is, from the moment you sign up), then setting your hours, then sharing your link: a client can book you by step three. Your business name, bio and mobile are one “Complete your profile” step that takes you to whichever part is still missing.
• Don’t want a step? “Not for me” sets it aside and it counts towards your progress, so 100% is always reachable — a skipped step shows as set aside rather than ticked, and “Undo skip” brings it back any time. When the whole list is done you get a short “You’re all set”, once.
• A second, shorter “Get paid” list appears once your first booking lands — your membership plans and Direct Debit. It waits until then on purpose: neither is needed to take a booking, and on the Free plan they aren’t available at all.
• Above it sits “Needs you” — everything waiting on you today in one list: booking requests and standing-slot requests to answer, session changes a client has asked you to confirm, membership payments due, sessions booked over an allowance, clients booked in with no membership, and health questionnaires still unsigned. Each row takes you straight to the place you deal with it, and the whole panel disappears when there’s nothing outstanding. Rows only appear when they apply to you — the membership ones stay hidden until you actually use plans, and the questionnaire row only if you ask for intake forms.
• Add your business name and a short bio, set your weekly availability, and review your booking and cancellation policies in Settings.
• Share your booking link (Settings → your booking link, or “My booking link” in the nav) — clients book from it with no account needed. Copying it anywhere in the app ticks the checklist’s last step: you might paste it into WhatsApp or your bio, which we can’t see, so we take the copy as the signal rather than waiting for a booking to arrive.
